• Timber, Dry wall, Quartz, Flooring, Roofing, Piping, Concrete, & Steel.

Because we’ve been blessed with such a powerful support system we’ve been able to control our margins, creating predictably lucrative investment opportunities from raw source material all the way through to implementation. This reinforces our local economy so that participants can confidently invest in our community for our children to have the best education/academic environments, our professionals to have the most energizing spaces to conduct business, and so our elderly can be tended to with dignity and excellence.

We have identified a few favorable off-market commercial real estate investments that we’d like to share and consequently will be opening the door to a small network of accredited investors that we feel confident about welcoming as limited partners. It is also important to mention that we have private and institutional lenders within our network so we’re not subject to interest rate pressures or market cycles regardless of what the fed or central banks decide to do in the future. We don’t over lever our investments and won’t ever be desperate to sell. Instead we make wise investment decisions based on proven principles rather than trying to time the market for near-sighted profitability.
